missing them...

it's a blessings to be part of a family...to love and be loved in return.
my parents had taught me so many valuable lessons in life that i would definitely carry out with my own family in the future. dad, mom and wade has been my source of inspiration in everything that i do and affects my every decision. i love them so much and misses them a lot.

if only i could spend each day with them...i would...
i miss them a lot...so much....


Prayer
Papa God, i thank you for the gift of family...for my mom, dad and brother. Take a good care of their health, keep them always safe, provide for their needs and make them feel my love and care even if i'm away. I lift them all up to your loving and merciful hands. Amen.

Good Friday

I thank God for the moment of solidarity and serenity.
This is the first time that I didn't join the Visita Iglesia, but i don't regret it...for I've spent it with solemnity and peace by just being with GOD alone. I have felt His presence beside me as I journeyed back to the time when He accepted the cross and gave up His life to redeem us.

Prayer:
Father God, let me rise up every time that I fall and never to give up on life's challenges. Use me as an instrument of Your love, peace and mouthpiece for others to be reminded that You are our God...a loving and merciful God forever. Amen.

It's been a long while since my heart took its fall, sad to say it fell and broke. I guess life and love is a mixture of pains and joys, triumphs and defeat, winning and loosing, that makes it worth living. And now, I'm taking the risk of falling again...falling in love. I know this will never come so easy but I'm giving myself a chance to be happy. Fear of getting hurt is there but this is my choice, my decision. My survival took years but i made it through. God has been generous and loving with me and I know that He will be my guide on taking care and loving this person...my God's Gift.

Spent a beautiful night on a Dhow Cruise followed by a movie "Go With It" at Dubai Mall courtesy of my best friend. It was truly a night to treasure.

I've been in a Dhow Cruise before (in Oman) but this one in Dubai is far unique and lovely. A sumptuous buffet was served and a live entertainment were rendered to the guests on board. I did enjoy the gushing sound of the waters and felt the sweet cool breeze of the wind while droplets of water touched my skin.

Right after the romantic cruise, we moved to Dubai Mall supposedly to watch the dancing fountain which ended up to "Go With It" a movie starring my favorite actress Jenifer Aniston and Adam Sandler. It was a very interesting movie about friendship and love.

It was just a perfect night.

God never fails to answer our prayers...all that He needs is for us to be "still" and keep the faith.

Unexpected...

Sharp white lines flashed from the sky which caught my attention while attending the Sunday mass today; and so i thought those bright lights came from a nearby mall offering some huge sale. Apparently, it was a sign of an unexpected event to happen.

Sudden harsh winds and sand whipped the compound as the rain poured in leaving the church goers unprepared, including me. It was like having an evening bath under the moonlight. The experience was quite irritating at the start but when I saw people running around to take cover and while laughing about getting wet, my heart lightened up.

We all come across unexpected events in our lives and it'll always be up to us if we'll take it positively or negatively. We have the freewill to enjoy or to let irritation ruin our day.


The unexpected rain taught me the value of free will; if you want to see the beauty of life even in darkness then choose to be positive and be happy. I choose to enjoy the every drop of water and unexpectedly a friend came to pick me up and dropped me home, awesome!

A Night of Thanksgiving

I thank God for all the blessing that I've received...I thank God for my job but most of all for the friends that I've earned during my last 5 year stint with Dollar Rent A Car. The experience is beyond compare, the joys and tears i've passed through but it became valuable because i have them...my so called "FRIENDS".
Thank you Papa God for these wonderful gift of friendship!
