Fully Packed Sunday

Oct. 25, 2009

office - super busy sa encoding but received a phone call from a friend (bhe), exchange of long hearty message...
meeting - sooo, bored can't wait to hear the mass...
mass - the story of the turtle family...and Fr. Tom gave me something to ponder..."What do you want ME to do for you?"
bus ride - it was a bit embarassing yet funny to watch bhe and yaba make fun of each other...ang reason...dahil sa song na "MULI".
cawiville - due to their demand, I had dinner with them...nilagang baka ni Ate Ey (yummy)...then a chit chat with che while cooking her buttered vegetable with oyster sauce (hmmm...)...then a sneak in sa prayer room nila...it was cozy...you can feel God's peace...
taxi ride - on the way home, i tried to examine my thoughts and feelings...and did asked "What would I want God to do for me?"...haayyyy ang dami pala...
home - finally a moment with my bed...before i laid my head to sleep...i asked "what do i want God to do for me?"

masayang nasasaktan...

masaya akong makita kang ngumiti kahit batid ko na di para sa akin...
masaya akong marinig ang mga plano mo kahit alam ko na di ako parte nito...
masaya akong minamahal ka kahit sa malayo lang...

Another victorious Friday night made possible by God. When I was first invited to be part of Corpo Evange service team, Naney Lala already forewarned me that there were only two participants. Finally, when we came to Silicon Oasis and I've met Giovanni and Hazel

Your Smile

I just love to see you smile...
for it makes me smile back and
takes away the pain...

it's your smile that makes up
my gloomy day...

Childhood (lyrics by MJ)

Have you seen my Childhood?I'm searching for the world that I come from'Cause I've been looking aroundIn the lost and found of my heart...No one understands meThey view it as such strange eccentricities...'Cause I keep kidding aroundLike a child, but pardon me...People say I'm not okay'Cause I love such elementary things...It's been my fate to compensate, for the ChildhoodI've never known...Have you seen my Childhood?I'm searching for that wonder in my youthLike pirates in adventurous dreams,Of conquest and kings on the throne...Before you judge me, try hard to love me,Look within your heart then ask,Have you seen my Childhood?People say I'm strange that way'Cause I love such elementary things,It's been my fate to compensate, for the Childhood I've never known...Have you seen my Childhood?I'm searching for that wonder in my youthLike fantastical stories to shareThe dreams I would dare, watch me fly...Before you judge me, try hard to love me.The painful youth I've hadHave you seen my Childhood...

Piece of my mind:

i've heard this song a couple of times but was never been able to understand it's true meaning...it does reflect the kind of pain MJ went through in life...of not experiencing a very important part of one's life...his childhood.
